Dave Balino earned his bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering at Mapua Institute of Technology graduating as Cum Laude. As an engineering student, he always wanted to start an electronics company. In 2013, he founded D-TEC Solutions with a vision of bringing new technology to change and touch people’s lives. D-TEC’s business framework is anchored on the model of synergizing the two characteristics of the company: a social enterprise and a solutions provider. To further his knowledge in business and to help him accomplish his advocacy of
helping less-fortunate people through entrepreneurship, Dave took up MS Entrepreneurship program at De La Salle University.
Szyrelle T. Galupo
Szyrelle is one of the members of the Research and Development team. He is adept in hardware and software programming. He is one of the technical staffs of D-TEC who started conceptualizing a social distancing and contact tracing device, later named as Sentinel. He is also a God-fearing person with his motto taken from Psalms 20:4 “May he give you the desire of your heart and make all your plans succeed.”

Dr. Nestor Michael C. Tiglao
Nestor Tiglao is the Co-founder and CEO of Adapsense Technologies Inc., an Internet of Things (IoT) product development company. He finished his BS and MS in Electrical Engineering from University of the Philippines Diliman and obtained his PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico in Lisbon, Portugal. Currently, Nestor is a Full Professor at the Electrical and Electronics Engineering Institute (EEEI), University of the Philippines Diliman and a Registered Electrical Engineer.
He is a Senior Member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), the world’s largest technical professional for the advancement of technology.
As a scientist and researcher, Nestor has written more than 50 high-quality peer-reviewed papers on Internet of Things, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning, and ICT. As an inventor, Nestor currently holds 4 granted patents. In 2018, the Smart Surface technology won a Gold Medal with Jury Distinction Award at the prestigious Geneva International Exhibition of Inventions. This is the first award of its kind received by a Filipino inventor.

Andre Silo is the Founder/CEO of Evocodes Inc. He has accumulated 25 years of excellent professional reputation as CTO, Product/Project Management and as a Software Developer. His major responsibility is to establish a company’s business and technical vision and lead all aspects of technology development according to its strategic direction and growth objectives.
John Syrell Gayares
Syrell is a recent graduate with a Computer Engineering degree and some relevant experience in the field. A sound background in data communications as well as extensive training in structured programming such as C/C++, Java and PHP.
